About
Founded in 2019 by Tristan Zajonc and Tyler Kohn, Continual is an operational AI platform built natively on cloud data warehouses. It enables data and analytics teams to build, deploy, and continuously improve machine learning models directly inside Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift using SQL, without complex MLOps infrastructure. The platform handles feature sharing, model operationalization, and prevents data leakage, making it practical for teams without dedicated ML engineering resources. Use cases include customer churn prediction, inventory forecasting, and propensity modeling embedded in existing data workflows. Zajonc previously sold Sense to Cloudera; Kohn co-founded RichRelevance. Continual raised $4M in seed funding at launch in December 2021.
