Founded in 2002 by Tooey Courtemanche in Carpinteria, California, Procore is a cloud-based construction management platform used by general contractors, specialty contractors, and project owners to manage projects, budgets, documents, and field operations from a single system. The platform connects office and jobsite workflows for bidding, scheduling, quality, safety, and financial management across the project lifecycle. Procore serves more than 17,000 customers in over 150 countries, with over 2 million annual users managing more than 3 million projects. Full-year 2025 revenue reached $1.32 billion, a 15% increase year-over-year. Procore went public in 2021 and holds a dominant position as the operating system for the construction industry.
