Striim
Real-time streaming data integration platform
About
Founded in 2012 by alumni of GoldenGate Software (acquired by Oracle in 2009), including CEO Ali Kutay and CTO Steve Wilkes, Striim provides a distributed streaming SQL platform for continuous data integration and real-time analytics. The platform uses change data capture (CDC) to stream data from on-premises databases, cloud sources, and SaaS systems to cloud warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms with sub-second latency. Striim supports both self-managed deployment and Striim Cloud (managed SaaS on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud) and can process billions of events per minute. It targets enterprises migrating to cloud data platforms that need live data pipelines with in-flight transformations. Backed by Goldman Sachs Growth Equity with $50M in Series C funding.
