Founded in 2007 by Peter Gassner and Matt Wallach, Veeva Systems provides cloud software, data, and services purpose-built for the global life sciences industry. Its suite spans commercial CRM, medical affairs, regulatory, quality, clinical, and safety applications, enabling pharmaceutical and biotech companies to manage the full product development and commercialization lifecycle on a unified platform. Veeva holds approximately 80% global market share in life sciences CRM and serves more than 1,500 customers including Bayer, Eli Lilly, Gilead, Merck, and Novartis. Full-year fiscal 2025 revenue was $2.75 billion, a 16% increase year-over-year. Veeva listed on the NYSE in 2013 and converted to a public benefit corporation in 2021.
