Founded in 2007 as ColdQuanta by physicist Dana Anderson in Louisville, Colorado, rebranded to Infleqtion in 2022. The company develops neutral-atom quantum computers and precision quantum sensors. Products include the Sqale quantum computer, Tiqker atomic clocks for positioning and navigation, RF receivers, and inertial sensors. Customers include NVIDIA, the U.S. Department of Defense, NASA, and the UK Government. Generated approximately $29M in trailing twelve-month revenue through mid-2025. In 2025, Infleqtion announced plans to go public via SPAC merger with Churchill Capital Corp X.
