Founded in 2018 in Dublin by Eoin Hinchy and Thomas Kinsella, both veterans of security operations at DocuSign and eBay, Tines is a no-code workflow automation platform that enables security and IT teams to automate repetitive processes without engineering support. Teams connect their entire technology stack through a story-based visual interface and automate alert triage, incident response, identity workflows, and cross-functional IT processes. Customers including Coinbase, Databricks, GitLab, Reddit, and Snowflake run security operations centers on Tines. In February 2025, the company raised $125M at a $1.125B valuation led by Goldman Sachs with participation from SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and CrowdStrike Falcon Fund. Tines has since expanded beyond security into broader IT, infrastructure, and operations automation.
